Abstract

Kilisli Muallim Rıfat Bilge (1874-1953), is a valuable teacher of the Iate Ottoman and Republic of Turkey, he gave rare Works of Turkish language, culture and history to the world of science. He won the title Muallim (teacher) by giving lectures, particularly, Arabic and Persian Lenguage in important institutions and organizations. The author has wrote and translated two boks about Arabic Language and Literature and dozens of monuments abouth Turkish Language and Literature and even he has put downed, same of the im portant monuments from dusty shelves of libraries by investigating them. He has proven himself in Language, Literature and History of the Turks. İt is identifıed and was deemed approprite by us to examinate the study which is belong to Rıfat Bilge as named Thirty lectures - The New Arabic Accidence , is an important work in Arabic Accidence Science . The study is tried to put forward the topics and parts of Arabic Accidence with their examples and explanations in 30 lectures. Alsa the writer has orga- - nized his study in three main sections; introduction, the first purpose (the three lettered radical verbs), the second purpose (the three lettered additicnal verbs)
