Abstract
Mustafa Ne.cati Sepetçioğlu is one of the faremost histarical novel
writers of Turkish Literature. The writer picturing an era from
. Malazgirt tO· the conquest of İstanbul in his early series named
"Yesterda1
S Turkey" has also projected the r:ıear history of Turkey in
his Iate triology named "Taday/s Turkey" which we will deal with in
the present study. In this triology that shows a peculiarity of ari
epoch1 the social problems of Turkey taking place during the power of
.İnönü and M,end.eres have been exariıined ·by restricting the attention
to the fictive frame of the text.
