Abstract

In this study, for the period 2000-2012 in EU member countries, the impact of globalization on unemployment has been investigated in the framework of the Ricardian view. Globalization is represented by trade openness rate. The spatial dependence between countries also were included in the analysis. The obtained results are supported by Ricardian view. In other words, for EU member states to reduce the unemployment rate of foreign trade has been concluded

İşletme Birleşmelerinin Mevzuat Boyutu ve Muhasebe Uygulamaları: UFRS/UMS ve VUK Kapsamında İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, ulusal ve uluslararası alanda oluşturulmuş işletme birleşmelerinin mevzuat boyutunu ve muhasebe uygulamalarını incelemek ve mevcut farklılıkları ortaya koymaktır. Bu değerlendirme yapılırken işletme birleşmeleri, Türk Vergi Mevzuatı ve UFRS/UMS-3 açısından incelenerek, uygulanan yöntemler, konuyla ilgili standart ve ülkemizdeki uygulamalar arasındaki değişiklikler ve bu değişikliklerin mali tablolara yansıtılması ile ilgili muhasebe uygulamalarına sayısal örnekler yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda birleşmeyle ilgili mevcut düzenlemeler arasında önemli farklılıklar olduğu belirlenmiştir
