Havaalanlarında Bagaj Sıralama İstasyonu Atama Probleminin Tampon Süre Açısından İncelenmesi

Abstract

Havaalanı performanslarının sıralanmasındaki anahtar göstergelerden biri yanlış işlenen bagaj sayısıdır. Geciken, hasar gören veya çalınan bagaj gibi hatalı işlenen bagajlar para ve itibar kaybına ve yolcu memnuniyetsizliğine neden olmaktadır. Verimli bir bagaj işleme sistemi havaalanı performansını artıracak, yolcu şikayetlerini azaltacaktır. Bagaj işlemlerinden biri olan bagaj sıralama istasyonu atama problemi, çeşitli kısıtların göz önünde bulundurularak bagajların uçağa ulaştırılması işlemidir. Bagaj sıralama istasyonu atama probleminin amacı tüm uçuşları, kısıtları göz önünde bulundurarak sıralama istasyonlarına atamaktır. Çalışmada, bagaj sıralama istasyonu atama problemi üzerine çalışılmış ve tampon süreyle ilgili analizler yapılarak önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Ortaya konulan çözüm yaklaşımı gerçek verilerle problem üzerinde test edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, bagaj atama probleminde tampon süre üzerinde etkili sonuçlar ortaya koymaktadır.

Examining the Baggage Sorting Station Assignment Problem at the Airport in Terms of Buffer Time

Abstract

One of the key indicators in sorting airport performances is the number of baggage that is handled incorrectly. Improperly processed baggage, such as delayed, damaged or stolen baggage, causes loss of money and reputation, passenger dissatisfaction. An efficient baggage handling system will improve airport performance, reduce passenger complaints. The problem of assigning a baggage sorting station, which is one of the baggage operations, is the process of transporting baggage to the aircraft, taking into account various restrictions. The purpose of the baggage sorting station assignment problem is to assign all flights to sorting stations, taking into account constraints. In the study, baggage sorting station assignment problem was studied and recommendations were made by analyzing buffer duration. The results show effective results on buffer time in the baggage assignment problem.
