Prostatik Melanozis: Olgu sunumu
Öz
Prostatik melanozis prostatik stroma ve epitelde melanin birikmesiyle karekterizedir. Patogenezi kesin olarak bilinmemektedir. Literatürde prostatik adenokarsinomla birlikteliği bildirilmiştir. Ürolojik açıdan primer ve metastatik melanomdan ayırımı gerekmektedir.
