Abstract

Gastrointestinal kanserler ile ilişkili olabilecek cilt lezyonlarının tanınması primer hastalığın daha erken saptanması ve belirli durumlarda prognozun daha iyi olmasına katkıda bulunabilmektedir. Sonuç olarak, LT belirtisi paraneoplastik bir sendrom olarak kabul edebilirse de bu belirtiye olguların tamamında bir iç organ unutulmamalıdır
