Ancient schwannomas are rarely seen tumors. Generally they are located in retroperitoneum. They can arrive larger diameters without clinical symptoms. Radiological imaging is beneficial for location and morphology of tumor. The treatment is surgical resection of tumor. It is diagnosed by pathology specimen.

Abstract

Antik schwannomlar nadiren görülen tümörlerdir. Genellikle retroperiton yerleşimlidirler. Asemptomatik olarak büyük boyutlara ulaşabilmektedir. Radyolojik tetkikler tümörün yerleşimi ve karakteri hakkında yardımcı olmaktadır. Tedavisi cerrahi olarak rezeksiyondur. Tanısı patolojik olarak konur.
