Manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original; they must not have been previously published elsewhere and must not be under simultaneous review by another journal.
Research Ethics
Clinical and experimental research involving human participants must be conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. For studies requiring ethics committee approval, the name of the relevant ethics committee, the date of the decision, and the decision number must be stated in the article, and the necessary documentation must be submitted at the time of submission.
It is the authors’ responsibility to obtain the necessary informed consent for research conducted on human subjects. In case reports and publications that include visual material or information that could identify a patient, the necessary publication consent must be obtained from the patient or their legal representative.
Studies involving animal experiments must comply with relevant national and international principles of animal welfare and research ethics, and the necessary committee approvals must be specified.

The final decision on publication rests with the Editor-in-Chief.
