Recent protectionist pratices forces all countries to reevaluate their foreign trade policy This articleshows that unless a countries trade partners are folowing a non protectionist policies it becomes excedingly difficult to identify sectors that enjoy a revealed comparative advantage over its trading partners which is also the assence of trading
