REKABET ORTAMINDA BİR TÜRK OTOBÜS FABRİKASINDA ENDÜSTRİ 4.0 PERSPEKTİFİNDE AKILLI ÜRETİM UYGULAMALARI

Abstract

Bilgi ve iletişim teknolojisinin hızla gelişmesiyle birlikte üretim sistemleri, Endüstri 4.0 teknolojileriyle birlikte gözlemlenebilir dönüşüm geçirmektedir. Nesnelerin interneti, siber-fiziksel sistemler, büyük veri analizi, bulut teknolojileri, üç boyutlu yazıcılar, otonom üretim sistemleri, arttırılmış gerçeklik, sistem entegrasyonu gibi teknolojiler ile gerçekleştirilen üretim, akıllı üretim olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Şirketlerin küresel pazarda hayatta kalabilmek için değişen üretim sistemleri ve süreçlerine hızlı şekilde uyum sağlamaları gerekmektedir. Çalışmada, akıllı üretim başlığı altında modernleşen üretim sistemi bir otobüs üretim fabrikası üzerinden ele alınmıştır. Öncelikle, Endüstri 4.0 ve akıllı üretim sistemlerinin kavramsal çerçevesi sunulmuştur. Akıllı teknolojilerin akıllı üretim sistemlerinde uygulamaları kapsamında Türkiye’de bir otobüs sektörü, üretim hacmi, GZFT analizi ve teknolojik altyapısı doğrultusunda analiz edilmiştir. Son olarak ise, otobüs sektöründeki akıllı üretimde karşılaşılan zorluklar ve akıllı üretimin geleceği tartışılmaktadır.
