TÜRKİYE’DE ULUSLARARASI DIŞ KAYNAKLANMA TİCARETİNİN ÖLÇÜLMESİ

Abstract

Son yıllarda teknolojideki ilerlemeler ticaret maliyetlerinin önemli ölçüde azalmasına neden olmuştur. Bu durum firmalara, üretim maliyetlerini azaltmak ve uluslararsı piyasalarda rekabet gücü elde etmek içn üretim süreçlerini ülkeler arasında parçalama olanağı vermiştir. Bu nedenle bugünün dünyasında, bir nihai malın üretim süreci farklı parçalar boyunca parçalanmakta ve üretim sürecinin her bir parçası firmalar tarafından farklı üleklerde konumlandırırlmış firmlara outsource edilmektedir. Outsource edilen parçlar ev sahibi ülke firmaları tarafından nihai malı üretmek üzere ithal edilmektedir. Böylece uluslararası outsourcing bu süreçte yeni bir ticaret biçimi olarak ortaya çıkmış ve hem ekonomik araştırma hemde politik tartışmalar bağlamında önemli düzeyde ilgi görmüştür. Uluslararası outosurcingi ölçmeye yönelik ampirik çalışmalar kullandıkları veri kaynakları bağlamında faklı yöntemleri benimsemişleridir.
Bu çalışmanın amacı 1995-2011 döenminde Türkye’de uluslasararsı otsourcing ticaretini ölçmektir. Bu bağlamda girdi çıktı tabloları kullanılarak uluslararası outsourcing ticaretinin Türkiye’deki gelişimi incelenmiştir. Sonuçlar uluslararası outsourcingin artan bir trende sahip olduğunu göstermektedir.
