Determination of Nutritional Status of the Mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) produced in Korkuteli-Antalya Region
Abstract
Mushroom production is a very profitable agricultural activities because of the fact that the product can be taken from the same are a six times in year. Mushroom production can be made throughout they ear in the production room and the lack of commitment to ecological conditions as in other branches of agriculture when ever the appropriate conditions.
This study was aimed to determine the nutritional status of the mushroom produced in the mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) cultivation of enterprises in Antalya- Korkuteli region. For this purpose; samples were taken from mushrooms at the period in which they grow their flash 2 from 11 different enterprises in Korkuteli-Antalya region in April 2016. The total N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn and Mn contents of mushroom were analyzed, and the protein contents were calculated. The results indicated that the nutrients contents of the produced mushroom were greatly different according to producers. These differences affected to mushroom yield and quality of the obtained by producers, and thus it concluded that affect the economic gains. The reason is considered to bethe use of compost having different chemical compositions, obtained from different commercial enterprises.
