Tohumluk Soya Üretiminde Hasat Öncesi Yağan Yağmurların, Tohum Kalitesi Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract

Arısoy ve Atakişi soya çeşitlerinde, tohum kalitesi üzerine, hasat öncesi yağan yağmurlardan ne derece etkili olduğunu belirlemek amacıyla yapılan bu çalışma, 2013 yılında Ç.Ü. Ziraat Fakültesi, Tarla Bitkileri Bölümü Araştırma Alanında yapılmıştır. Bölünmüş parseller deneme desenine göre, üç tekrarlamalı olarak kurulan bu denemede, materyal olarak Arısoy ve Atakişi çeşitleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma ikinci ürün koşullarında yürütülmüştür Hasat olgunluğuna gelen soya bitkileri, hasat öncesi üç farklı dönemde yağmurlama yapılarak ıslatılmışlardır. Hasat sonrası elde edilen tohumlar çimlendirme testlerine tabi tutulmuşlar ve tohum patolojisi açısından da gerekli incelemeler yapılmıştır. Bakla kabuğunun çok sağlam olması nedeniyle, Arısoy ve Atakişi çeşitlerinde, yağışlar sırasında oluşan rutubetten tohumların etkilenmediği ve tohum kalitesinde (çimlenme oranı ve sürme gücü) her hangi bir olumsuzluğun meydana gelmediği saptanmıştır. Ayrıca, tohum patolojisi bakımından da, ıslatmanın olumsu bir etkisinin olmadığı gözlenmiştir

The Effect of Rainfall at the Harvesting Time on Seed Quality of Soybean

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of rainfall at the harvesting time on seed quality of soybean. This experiment was designed as randomized complete blocks with three replications in University Research Farm as a double-cropped in 2013. In this study Arısoy and Atakişi soybean varieties were used as research material. The matured soybean plants were moistened by the sprinkler irrigation at three different times before harvesting. The seeds were tested for germination and investigated for the seed pathogens. It is determined that the seeds of Arısoy and Atakişi varieties were not affected by the high humidity (rain) and the seeds viability was not decreased. The seeds were not infected by the pathogens when the plants moistened
