Liderlik Kapasitesi: Okul Yöneticilerinin Sosyal Sorumluluk Davranışlarının Belirlenmesine Yönelik Nitel Bir Araştırma
Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı okul müdürlerinin sosyal sorumluluk davranışlarını belirleyip incelemektir.Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi benimsenmiş, çalışma grubu amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden maksimumçeşitlilik örneklemesi ile belirlenmiştir. Katılımcılar 2013-2014 eğitim öğretim yılı bahar döneminde Ankarailinde, görev yapan toplam 11 okul müdürüdür. Veriler, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile toplanmış veveriler, nitel veri çözümleme tekniklerinden betimsel analiz ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; okulmüdürlerinin sosyal sorumluluk kapsamında yürüttüğü faaliyetlerin kamu erki tarafından başlatılan projelerlesınırlı kaldığı, yenilikçi projeler geliştiremedikleri, topluma ait normların iletilmesinde ve yansıtılmasında pasifkaldıkları, çevreleriyle iletişimde bilgi teknolojilerini yeterli düzeyde kullandıkları, sosyal bilimlerebaşvurularının sınırlı ve dar bir seviyede kaldığı, genel olarak okulun çevresine ait kültürel yapıyı tanıdıkları veilgili oldukları, toplumun sorunları için çaba gösterdikleri, ancak bunun bilgi temelli olmayan etkinliklerleyürütüldüğü görülmektedir

Abstract
The Aim of this research is to determine social responsibility behaviours of school administrators andreview them. In this research qualitative research methods are maintained and working group is established bymaximum variation sampling which is one of the purposive sampling methods. Participants are 11 schooladministrators that working in Ankara during Spring semester of 2013-2014 school year. Data were collected bysemi structured interview form and analyzed by descriptive analyze which is one of the qualitative dataanalyzing methods.At the end of this research;social responsibility activities that implemented by schooladministrators are limited by the public authority,unable to develop innovative projects, being passive ondelivering and reflecting society’s norms, able to use information technologies in communication with theirenvironment, know generally the cultural structure of their surroundings and interested in it, efforts for society’sproblems, but these activities were perceived by non knowlegde based activities
