This study aims to determine the levels of artificial intelligence literacy and attitudes towards artificial intelligence among theology faculty students. The sample of the study consists of 701 students studying at Necmettin Erbakan and Selçuk University in Konya. The Artificial Intelligence Literacy Scale, developed by Wang et al. and adapted into Turkish by Çelebi et al., and the General Attitude Towards Artificial Intelligence Scale, developed by Schepman and Rodway and adapted into Turkish by Kaya et al., were used in the research. As a result of the research, it was found that students' levels of artificial intelligence literacy were above average and their attitudes towards artificial intelligence were closer to positive, there was a positive and significant relationship between students' artificial intelligence literacy and their attitudes towards artificial intelligence and artificial intelligence literacy and attitudes towards artificial intelligence differed significantly according to the frequency of using artificial intelligence, their preferences for using artificial intelligence in their professional life, and their thoughts regarding the provision of artificial intelligence education in their faculties.
