Publication Schedule and Fee Policy

As of 2026, our journal’s publication schedule and fee policy have been revised.

The journal is published four times a year, in March, June, September, and December.
Manuscript submission periods are as follows:
March Issue: December 1–31
June Issue: March 1–31
September Issue: June 1–30
December Issue: September 1–30
Publication Process and Fees

The publication process consists of two stages: preliminary evaluation and editorial services.

A preliminary evaluation fee of 3,000 TRY is charged at the time of submission.

Manuscripts that pass the preliminary evaluation are subject to an editorial services fee of 5,000 TRY.

Fees are non-refundable at all stages, regardless of acceptance or rejection.

Submission Guidelines

The manuscript template, author guidelines, and author information form have been updated. Authors are required to review the template carefully and complete the submission after addressing any missing elements.

Following the end of the submission period, an evaluation phase lasting 15 days will be conducted. The top 30 manuscripts with the highest evaluation scores will proceed to the double-blind peer review process, in which at least two reviewers are assigned.

Manuscripts that do not rank within the top 30 will be excluded from further evaluation and will not be reconsidered in the same publication period.

For multi-authored manuscripts, a signed document declaring author contribution statements must be uploaded as a supplementary file.

Book review submissions must include an abstract, keywords, and references. The reviewed book must have been published within the last five years.

For manuscripts derived from theses, the thesis author must be listed as the first author.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts comply with the İSNAD Citation Style (Version 2).

For studies requiring ethical committee approval, the relevant approval document must be uploaded together with the manuscript.
