Hadislerle İslam Üzerine Bazı Değerlendirme ve Tenkitler: Tarihi Arka Plan, İçerik ve Hadis Yorumculuğu
Abstract
Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı tarafından ilk baskısı 2012 yılında yapılan Hadislerle İslam adlı yedi ciltlik eser, yine DİB himayesinde 2006 yılında başlatılan Konulu Hadis Projesi’nin bir semeresi olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Eser son yıllarda hadis alanında yapılmış en kapsamlı çalışmalardan biri olup Cumhuriyet sonrası Türkiye hadisçiliğinin en önemli ürünlerinden biridir. Türkiye’de en çok okunan hadis kitaplarından biri olmasına ve birçok akademik çalışmada referans olarak gösterilmesine rağmen esere dair biri Mütercim Tercümanlık diğeri de Temel İslam Bilimleri/Fıkıh alanında yapılmış iki yüksek lisans çalışması dışında kapsamlı akademik bir çalışma yapılmış değildir. Bu makalede Hadislerle İslam’ın ortaya çıkışına zemin teşkil eden tarihi arka planın yanı sıra eserin hazırlanmaya başlamasından itibaren hangi süreçlerden geçerek son şeklini aldığına, ortaya çıkan eserin gerek şekil itibariyle gerekse de içerik ve üslup açısından özelliklerine temas edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda eserdeki tasnif metodunun özgünlüğüne, ayrıca dili itibariyle de oldukça anlaşılır ve sade bir anlatım tarzına sahip olduğuna dikkat çekilmiştir. Makalede eserin ortaya çıkışına zemin hazırlayan tarihsel koşullar, fikrî arka plan ve bu fikrin olgunlaşıp eyleme geçmesinde tarihî rol oynayan Gerede Hadis Meclislerine de temas edilmiştir. Elbette her kitap gibi Hadislerle İslam da birçok eleştiriye maruz kalmıştır. Bu itibarla bazı açılardan özgün niteliklere sahip olmakla birlikte Hadislerle İslam’ın eksik ve zayıf yönlerine dair tespitlerimize ve yapılan bazı eleştirilere de işaret edilmiştir. Son olarak çağdaş hadis yorumculuğu açısından öne çıkan bazı özelliklerine işaret edilmiş, konuların nasıl ve hangi yöntemlerle ele alındığı da bazı örnekler üzerinden hadis yorumculuğu çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir. Öte yandan bilhassa hadis yorumculuğu açısından esere ciddi bazı eleştiriler de yöneltilmiştir. Bu eleştirilerin önemli bir kısmı makalemizde ele alınmış, bazıları yerinde tenkitler olmakla birlikte bazılarının da kimi önyargılara dayalı eleştiriler olduğu değerlendirmesine yer verilmiştir. Makalemiz, Türkiye hadisçiliğinin bir birikimi olarak ortaya çıkan Hadislerle İslam adlı eserin gerek yapısal gerek içerik ve tasnif metodu gerekse de çağdaş hadis yorumculuğu açısından kapsamlı akademik bir çalışmaya ihtiyaç duyduğuna dikkat çekmeyi hedeflemektedir.

Abstract
The seven-volume work titled Hadislerle İslam (The Islam Through Hadiths), whose first edition was published in 2012 by the Presidency of Religious Affairs (DİB), emerged as a sub-product of the Thematic Hadith Project, which was launched in 2006 under the auspices of DİB. The work is one of the most comprehensive studies in the field of hadith in recent years and is one of the most important products of post-Republican Turkish hadith scholarship. Despite being one of the most widely read hadith books in Turkey and being referenced in many academic studies, there has been no comprehensive academic study on the work other than two master's theses, one in Translation and Interpretation and the other in Basic Islamic Sciences/Fiqh. This article touches upon the historical background that paved the way for the emergence of Islam with Hadiths, as well as the processes the work underwent from the beginning of its preparation until it took its final form, and the characteristics of the resulting work in terms of form, content, and style. In this context, attention is drawn to the originality of the classification method used in the work, as well as its highly comprehensible and simple narrative style. The article also touches upon the historical conditions that paved the way for the emergence of the work, its intellectual background, and the Gerede Hadith Councils, which played a decisive role in the maturation and implementation of this idea. Of course, like any book, Hadislerle İslam has been subject to much criticism. In this regard, while it possesses many original qualities, our observations regarding the shortcomings and weaknesses of Hadislerle İslam and some criticisms have also been noted. Finally, some of its prominent features in terms of contemporary hadith interpretation are highlighted, and how and by what methods the topics are addressed are evaluated within the framework of hadith interpretation through some examples. On the other hand, the work has been subject to serious criticism, especially in terms of hadith interpretation. A significant portion of these criticisms have been addressed in our article, and while some are valid criticisms, others are considered to be based on certain prejudices. Our article aims to draw attention to the need for a comprehensive academic study of the work Hadislerle İslam, which emerged as an accumulation of Turkish hadith scholarship, in terms of its structure, content, classification method, and contemporary hadith interpretation.
