Abstract

The subject of this study is Tahtalı Camii at Melikli Street in Çaldağ/Giresun. Mosques in this group which belong to the Black Sea Region also have the characteristics of the region with their spesific construction techniques. İt is important to determine and protect these mosques which are usually built in the cemetery and out of the settlements.

Giresun’da Yeni Tespit Edilen Bir Ahşap Camii; Çaldağ Beldesi Melikli Mahallesi Tahtalı Camii

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın konusunu Giresun ili Çaldağ Beldesi?nde bulunan Melikli Ma-hallesindeki Tahtalı Camii oluşturmaktadır. Karadeniz yöresine ait bu gruptaki camiler, yapım teknikleriyle de bölgeye özgü bir karakter gösterirler. Gözden uzak genellikle mezarlıklar içine inşa edilen bu camilerin tespit edilerek korun-maya alınması önemlidir.
