Abstract

The Difference of Religion Between Muslim and Non-Muslim as A Ground of Exclusion from Inheritance in Islamic Law In Islamic law the grounds of exclusion from inheritance is accepted such as the qualify of being a slave, having caused the death of deceased and difference of religion. According to many scholars the difference of religion is considered a total bar to inheritance. That’s why a muslim neither leave inheritance to a non-muslim nor inherit from then. However some scholars claimed that only a muslim may inherit from a non-muslim. In this article it will dealt with the several wiev points on this issue.
