A Study on the Problem of Regency in the Worship

Abstract

There are some discussions among the Islamic jurists about the problem of representative of someone in worship in general. In this study, the matter whether the regency is permissible in worship or not was studied carefully and it was deduced according to main references of Islamic law. It was understood that the regency was permissible in financial worship but not in physical worship as a principle. On the other hand; there are some hesitations among Islamic scholars in some worship and conditions.
