Abstract

In traditional understanding, the methodogy authorship is not considered as a case which affect the period of methodology autor in the generations, after the period of Classification. Methodology autorship assumes that every rule can be applied from the first moment onwards. In the emergence, process of the system of determinig the hadiths, historical developments has had an orientated role. As is well known, available and applicable rules had been collected under the title of Hadith Methodology very lately. Within this context, in this article we try to examine methodology authorship in general and the works studies which were written in the period of Republic.

Cumhuriyet Döneminde Hadis Usulü ya da Usul Tarihçiliği Üzerine

Öz

Usul yazarlığı, -geleneksel anlayışa göre-, tasnif döneminden sonraki kuşaklar-da, usulcüden sonrasını etkileyen bir olgu olarak algılanmamaktadır. Aksine her kuralın ilk andan itibaren uygulandığını/uygulanabileceğini varsaymakta-dırlar. Oysaki hadis tespit sisteminin doğuş sürecinde, tarihsel süreçteki geliş-melerin yönlendirici bir rolü olmuştur. Öte yandan var olan ve fiilen uygulanan kuralların, Hadis usulü adı altında toplanması da oldukça geç bir döneme te-kabül etmektedir. Bu perspektifle ele alınan makalede usul tarihçiliği ve cum-huriyet dönemindeki eserler genel olarak ele alınmaktadır
