The Evaluatıon Of Talkıng About Relıgıon In The Name Of It In The Context Of Fıqh-Tafaqquh

Abstract

In this article, first of all it is dealt with the fact that to talk about religion in the name of it, is the declaration (bayan) or juridical opinion (ijtihad), and it is surveyed also that the set of the words such as "the fıqh in religion" means here as "the understanding of what Allah has meant in religion", and the set of the words such as "the tafaqquh in religion" refers here to the achivement of this understanding itself. Later, it is tried also to get the some certain measures set by the Owner of the Religion dealing with the talking about religion in the name of it in the context of the fıqh-tafaqquh.

Öz

Bu makalede, önce din adına konuşmanın beyan veya ictihad olduğu; "dinde fıkıh" terkibinden Allah'ın dinde murad ettiği anlayışın, "dinde tefakkuh" terkibinden ise bu anlayışın elde edilme çabasının kastedildiği üzerinde durulmuştur. Daha sonra dinin sahibinin fıkıh-tefakkuh kavramları çerçevesinde dini adına konuşma ile ilgili olarak koymuş olduğu bir takım ölçülere ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır
