Abstract

4857 Sayılı İş Kanununa tabi işçi çalıştıran kurumlarda fazla çalışma ücretleri açısından denetim yapacak kamu görevlilerince dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar; fazla çalışmanın tanımının yapılması, unsurlarının ortaya konması, uygulama esaslarının belirtilmesi ve ücretinin hesaplanmasının anlatılması suretiyle açıklanmıştır.
