KONTEYNER TAŞIMACILIĞI AKTARMA LİMANI SEÇİMİ: DOĞU AKDENİZ LİMANLARINA YÖNELİK BİR İNCELEME

Öz
BBu çalışmada Doğu Akdeniz Limanları arasında denizyolu konteyner taşımacılığı aktarma limanı seçimi ile ilgili olarak en ideal olabilecek aktarma limanı nitel ve nicel metotlarla bulunmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında incelenen limanlar Doğu Akdeniz coğrafyasında bulunan Aliağa Limanı, Ambarlı Limanı, Mersin Limanı, Pire Limanı ve Port Said limanlarıdır. Limanlara ait veriler limanların web sayfalarından veya bağlı oldukları kurumlardan alınmıştır. Öncelikle literatür çalışması yapılarak liman seçimi üzerine yapılan araştırmalar incelenmiş ve incelenen çalışmalardan denizyolu konteyner taşımacılığı aktarma liman seçiminde kullanılan kriterler tespit edilmiştir. Literatür araştırması ile belirlenen kriterler; taşıtan, taşıma işleri organizatörleri, tarifeli denizyolu gemi işletmecileri ve liman operatörlerinden oluşan on iki kişilik gruba anket yöntemiyle kriterler arasından hangisinin daha önemli olduğu sorulmuştur. Yapılan anketlerin neticeleri AHP (Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci) yöntemiyle analiz edilerek kriterlerin ağırlıkları tespit edilmiştir.
Araştırmanın son kısmında TOPSIS yöntemi kullanılarak, Doğu Akdeniz coğrafyası içinde denizyolu konteyner taşımacılığı aktarma liman faaliyeti için en ideal liman tespit edilmiştir.
