Abstract
Günümüz bilgi çağıdır. Bilginin üretilmesi, öğretilmesi ve yayılmasında eğitim sistemine büyük görevler düşmektedir. Yükseköğretimde, yüksek nitelikli insan gücünün yetiştirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu da lisansüstü eğitim ile gerçekleştirilir. Lisansüstü eğitimin ilk basamağı olan yüksek lisansın sorunlarının incelenmesi büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, tezsiz yüksek lisans eğitiminin sorunlarını belirlemektir.

Today, we have been living the information epoch. Education system has a big task in producing, teaching and scattering the information. In high education, it is aimed to train highly qualified human power. This is realized by graduate education. Examining the problems of Master of Arts as the first step of graduate education carries high importance. The goal of this research is to determine the problems of Master of Arts without thesis.
