Ergenlerde Kendine Zarar Verme Davranışının Yordayıcıları Olarak Öz Duyarlık ve Stresle Başa Çıkma Tarzları

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı,
ergenlerde öz duyarlık ve stresle başa çıkma tarzlarının kendine zarar verme
davranışını yordama gücünü incelemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2017-2018
eğitim öğretim yılında Bayburt İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü’ne bağlı liselerde
öğrenim gören, 279’u kız, 328’i erkek olmak üzere toplam 608 öğrenci
oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Kişisel Bilgi Formu,
Kendine Zarar Verme Davranışı Değerlendirme Envanteri, Öz Duyarlık Ölçeği ve
Ergenler İçin Başa Çıkma Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulguları 608 ergenin 282’sinin kendine zarar verme
davranışı gösterdiğini ortaya koymuştur. Bu ergenlerin 116’sı kız ve 166’sı
erkektir. Ayrıca araştırmada kendine zarar verme davranışı ile öz duyarlık ve
başa çıkma tarzları arasında anlamlı ilişkilerin olduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışmanın
sonuçları öz yargılama ve olumsuz başa çıkma tarzının kendine zarar verme
davranışının anlamlı yordayıcıları olduğunu
göstermiştir.
