The aim of the Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law Journal is to contribute to the development of legal science by publishing high-quality, original academic articles that have undergone peer review.

Published continuously since 1980, the Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law Journal transitioned exclusively to a digital publication format as of 2024. The Journal is a peer-reviewed publication that welcomes original research articles, case notes, legislative analyses, book reviews, and translations in the fields of Public and Private Law. Submissions are accepted in Turkish and major European languages.

The submission deadline for the November 2026 issue (No. 2) is August 4, 2025, at 23:59 (TRT / UTC+3). The online submission portal will automatically close after this date, and late manuscripts will not be considered. The opening date for submissions for upcoming issues will be announced in due course.
