CORRELATION TYPE DEMODULATION OF 4-LEVEL FULL-RESPONSE CPFSK SIGNALS

Abstract

An 8-D signal space vector representation for 4-level full-response CPFSK signals is derived by using Gram-Schmidt orthogonalisation procedure, and the corresponding correlation type demodulator for the modulation has been constructed. The presented vector representation results are also important in that they can be directly used for the software simulation of 4-level CPFSK, which enables making performance assessments of the modulation under varios conditions
