Year 2017, Volume: 19 Issue: 3, 403 - 416, 05.04.2018

Abstract

‘European Withdrawal’ decision in the United
Kingdom referandum result led to many uncertainties in the European Union
Law.  This paper by taking into account
the dynamics of the European Union Law aims to point out the potential problems
of this process.  The scope of the
discussion will be only on the ‘Common Trade Policy’ and the ‘Brusells I Recast
Regulation’ on recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions.
