AHP VE ORESTE YÖNTEMLERİ İLE EN ETKİN YAKIT TÜRÜNÜN BELİRLENMESİ

Abstract

Günümüzde işletmeler yönetim sürecinde çok farklı karar sorunları ile yüz yüze gelmektedirler. Son zamanlarda bu karar problemlerinin çözümünde yeni ve hibrit metotlar önerilmektedir. Ancak işletmeler her geçen gün daha karmaşık duruma gelen karar problemleri karşısında güncel ve bilimsel yöntemleri kullandıklarında rakip işletmeler karşısında üstünlük sağlamaktadırlar. Gelinen süreçte, bilimsel ve güncel karar analizi yöntemleri arasında çok kriterli karar verme ÇKKV yöntemlerinin revaçta olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu ilginin en açık nedeni, çok kriter ve çok alternatif karşısında çelişkiye düşen karar vericilere somut alternatifler sıralaması sunmasıdır Bu çalışmanın esas amacı, kamu sektörü işletmelerinin herhangi bir karar problemi ile karşılaştığında değerlendirmeyi ve optimum çözümü ÇKKV yöntemleri uygulayarak bulabildiğini göstermek ve bu konuda farkındalık oluşturmaktır. Ayrıca çalışmada, kamu sektörü işletmelerinin birçok karar problemini ÇKKV yöntemleri kullanarak çözülebildiği örnekleri ile gösterilmiştir. Uygulama kısmında da, bir kamu işletmesinin ısınma ihtiyacının karşılanması için yakıt türleri arasından en etkin olanın belirlenmesinde AHP ve ORESTE yöntemlerinin analizine yer verilmiştir. Farklı iki yöntem ile gerçekleştirilen analiz sonuçları birbirini destekler mahiyette olup, birinci sırada A4 Doğalgaz ve ikinci sırada A3 Fueloil çıkmıştır. Analiz sonuçları ilgili kamu işletmesi ile paylaşılmıştır.

DETERMINATION OF THE MOST EFFICIENT FUEL TYPE WITH AHP AND ORESTE METHODS

Abstract

Today, businesses face very different decision problems in the management process. Recently, new and hybrid methods have been proposed to solve these decision problems. However, when businesses use current and scientific methods in more complex decision problems they are getting more and more superior to competitors. It is known that the multi criteria decision making MCDM methods are very popular among the scientific and current decision analysis methods in the process. The most obvious reason for this interest is to present the rank of tangible alternatives to the contradictory decision makers over many criteria and many alternatives. The main purpose of this study is to show that public sector enterprises can evaluate of any decision problem and find the optimal solution by applying the MCDM methods and to make awareness on this issue. It is also shown in the study that public sector enterprises can solve many decision problems by using the MCDM methods. In the application part, an analysis of AHP and ORESTE methods was carried out to determine the most effective fuel types to meet the heating needs of a public enterprise. According to the results of analysis carried out by two different methods are mutually supportive with A4 Natural Gas in the first order and A3 Fueloil in the second order. The results of the analysis are shared with the relevant public administration
