Travmatik Pisiform kemik çıkığı
Abstract
Travmatik üst ekstremite kemik patolojilerinden radius şaft kırığına eşlik eden pisiform kemik çıkığı çok nadir bir vakadır. Biz 21 yaşında 20 haftalık gebe hastanın araç içi trafik kazası sonucu sağ radius şaft kırığına eşlik eden pisiform çıkığını sunmayı amaçladık.Hastanın tedavisinde radius kırığı için uygulanan açık redüksiyon ve internal fiksasyon tedavisine eş zamanlı pisiform kemik çıkığı için kapalı redüksiyon uygulanmış ve hasta iyi genel durumuyla taburcu edilmiştir. Ameliyat sonrası 12. Ay takibinde tam ve ağrısız eklem hareket açıklığına ulaşıldığı görülmüştür.
