Peptik ülser perforasyonuna eşlik eden gastrik schwannoma

Abstract

Gastrik schwannoma, sinir hücresi kılıfından kaynakla­nan, nadir görülen benign bir neoplazidir. Kesin tanısı histopatolojik ve immünohistokimyasal inceleme yöntem­ler ile konan gastrik schwannomalar cerrahi rezeksiyon sonrası mükemmel bir seyir gösterdiklerinden, bu tümör­lerin, malignite potansiyeli olan gastrointestinal stromal tümörlerden (GİST) ayırıcı tanısı klinik öneme sahiptir. Bu yazıda peptik ülser perforasyonuna eşlik eden gastrik schwannomalı bir olgu literatür eşliğinde sunuldu.

Gastric schwannoma coexists with peptic ulcer perforation

Abstract

Gastric schwannoma is a benign neoplasm that originates from sheet of nerve cell in stomach. Differential diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors, (GISTs) which have malign potential, than these tumors, which definite diag­nosis is determined by histopathological and immunohis­tochemical methods have clinical significance due to gas­tric schwannomas have excellent progress after surgical resection. We presented a case of gastric schwannoma coexists with peptic ulcer perforation with guide of litera­ture in this study.
