Abstract
Safra kesesi kanserleri oldukça nadir görülür ve prognozu kötüdür. Safra kesesi malign lenfoması tüm safra kesesi tümörlerinin yalnızca %0,1-0,2 sini oluşturmaktadır. 61 yaşındaki erkek hasta yaklaşık 2 aydır devam eden karın ağrısı ve hazımsızlık şikayetleri ile kliniğimize başvurdu. Yapılan radyolojik incelemelerde safra kesesi içerisinde yaklaşık 1,5x1,5 cm boyutlarında polipoid lezyon saptandı. Hastaya laparoskopik kolesistektomi işlemi uygulandı. Histopatolojik inceleme sonucunda safra kesesinin malign lenfoması (Large B cell tip) tespit edildi. Adjuvan tedavi olarak 8 kür kemoterapi aldı. 24 aylık takiplerinde nüks veya metastaz saptanmadı.

Abstract
Gallbladder cancer is extremely rare and the prognosis is poor. Malignant lymphoma of the gallbladder in all gallbladder tumors constitute only 0.1-0.2%. 61-year-old male patient admitted to our clinic with abdominal pain and indigestion complaint for about 2 months. Approximately 1.5 x1, 5 cm polypoid lesion was detected radiological examinations in the gall bladder. The patient underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy procedure. Because of the histopathological examination gallbladder malign lymphoma (large B cell type) was detected. He received 8 cycles of chemotherapy as adjuvant treatment. 24-month follow-up of recurrence or metastasis was not detected.
