Abstract

Subdural hematoma is a rare cause of secondary parkin­sonism. In this study, we present a case of parkinsonian syndrome caused by a bilateral subdural haematoma. The patient\'s parkinsonism symptoms completely disap­peared following successful surgical removal of the he­matoma without any anti-parkinson drug.

Abstract

Subdural hematom sekonder parkinsonizmin nadir bir nedenidir. Bu çalışmada bilateral subdural hematomun neden olduğu parkinsonizmli bir olgu sunulmuştur. Hastanın Parkinsonizm bulguları herhangi bir antiparkinson ilaç kullanmadan, başarılı bir cerrahi tedavi ile hematomu boşaltıldıktan sonra tamamen düzeldi.
