Abstract

Tethered cord syndrome (TCS) is a stretch-induced disorder of the spinal cord caused by congenital or acquired con-ditions. Due to improvement of imaging technique, it is currently realize that TCS may be seen with different pathol-ogy. Differing from relevant literature, concomitant presence of TCS, epidermiod cyst and lipoma in a 17 year old fe-male patient is presented and discussed in the present paper.
