METHODOLOGY OF ELMALILI

Abstract

This article deals with Elmalili Muhammed Hamdi Yahir’s method in his exegesis study named Hak Dini Kur’an Dili. Firstly an introduction was written to the topic, and then the background of writing his exegesis was dealt with. It has been dealt with entrances of the surahs which are in the foreground of the exegesis. Interpretation methods and types of exegesis such as juridical, theological, mystic and scientific, and relationships between the verses and Surahs, the commentator’s utilization of philosophy were dealt as well. After expressing Elmalili’s attitude towards the people and resources that he got benefit, the article has been completed with some personal evaluations.

ELMALILI’NIN TEFSİR METODOLOJİSİ

Abstract

Bu makale, Elmalılı Muhammed Hamdi Yazır’ın Hak Dini Kur’an Dili adlı tefsirindeki yöntemini ele almaktadır. Önce konuya bir giriş yapılmış, ardından tefsirin yazılmasındaki arka plana değinilmiştir. Tefsirde ön planda olan sure girişlerine, fıkhî, kelâmî, işârî ve ilmî tefsir gibi tefsir yöntem ve türlerine, ayet ve sureler arasındaki ilişkilere, müfessirin felsefeden yararlanışına temas edilmiştir. Makale, Elmalılı’nın felsefeden yararlanışına, yararlandığı kişi ve kaynaklara karşı tutumu gösterildikten sonra, bazı kişisel değerlendirmelerle sonlandırılmıştır.
