Abstract
Zekâtın sarf yerleri sadece Tevbe suresinin 60. ayetinde bir arada sayılır. Bu makalede öncelikle ayette geçen “innemâ” edatı, sadaka kavramı ve harf-i cerler, fıkıh ve tefsir geleneği ekseninde tasvir edilerek, zekâtın sarf yerlerinin anlaşılmasına katkıları analiz edilmiştir. Ayrıca ayetteki sıralamanın ve peş peşe sayılan sınıfların tasnifinin de sarf yerlerinin anlamına katkısı analiz edilmiştir. Bu veriler çerçevesinde Tevbe suresi 60. ayet, yeni bir bakış açısıyla tasvir ve tahlil edilmeye çalışılmıştır

Abstract
The consumables places of zakat were presented only at the 60th verse of Surah Tawbah. In this article, firstly “innemâ” preposition, charity concept, cer letters which were mentioned in the verse and their contributions to the understanding of consumables places of zakat have been analyzed by describing them in the axis of fiqh and tafseer tradition. Also, ranking in the verse and classification of the classes in succession has been analyzed in terms of their contributions to the meaning of consumables places. Within the framework of these data, we tried to describe and analyse the 60th verse of Surah Tawbah with a new perspective
