The aim of this study is to look at women’s contributions to Islamic law in general and to find out what kind of contributions Aisha made by looking at her ideas and life on Islamic law in particular. Within the scope of the research, the Islamic literature in this field was used based on the first period female Companions and Aisha, who were the subject of fiqh. As a matter of fact, Aisha became a source of Islamic law by fighting against the wrong tradition prevailing in the society, by asking questions or by expressing her opinion when her opinion was sought. At the same time, many other women living in the age of bliss were the source of many provisions regarding family law during the formation of Islamic law. The Qur’an and the Sunnah have also revealed these special provisions that are aimed at women and formed as a result of the efforts of women and have enabled them to reach our day. While social life was formed within the framework of the rules of the Islamic religion, women also benefited from this climate of mercy, and the image of women has been reshaped from the perspective of revelation.
