English and Turkish are mandatory in the abstracts/article titles, but articles can be in Turkish or English.
Review Articles
Review Articles provide a comprehensive summary of research on a certain topic, and a perspective on the state of the field and where it is heading. They are often written by leaders in a particular discipline after an invitation from the editors of a journal. Reviews are often widely read (for example, by researchers looking for a full introduction to a field) and highly cited. Reviews commonly cite approximately 10 primary research articles.
TIP: If you would like to write a review but have not been invited by a journal, be sure to check the journal website as some journals do not consider unsolicited Reviews. If the website does not mention whether Reviews are commissioned it is wise to send a pre-submission inquiry letter to the journal editor to propose your Review manuscript before you spend time writing it.

Manuscript Submission Checklist
Suggestions for reviews: Please supply the names of at least two potential reviewers for your manuscript. Please do not suggest reviewers from your own institution, previous or current collaborators. Suggested reviewers must also have published a paper on the same topic in a peer-reviewed journal. Please provide full names, institutions, and email addresses of suggested reviewers. Please note, the final choice of reviewers is that of the Editor, and the journal reserves the right not to use reviewers who have been suggested by the authors.
Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously in its present form (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the Publisher.
