Abstract
We devoted this issue to the theme of ‘Electoral Culture’, thinking of including studies that enable the evaluation and discussion of election culture in terms of its structural, social, cultural, and political characteristics, in this period between two general and local elections in our country. Thus, we aimed to reveal the democratic perspective of our election culture. In this context, we are happy to present you the valuable works that come to our journal.

Bu sayımızı ülkemizde genel ve yerel olmak üzere iki seçim arasında kalan bu dönemde seçim kültürünün yapısal, toplumsal, kültürel ve politik özellikleri bakımından değerlendirilmesini, tartışılmasını sağlayan çalışmalara yer vermeyi düşünerek ‘Seçim Kültürü’ temasına ayırmıştık. Böylelikle seçim kültürümüzün demokratik perspektifini ortaya koymayı hedefledik. Bu bağlamda dergimize gelen değerli çalışmaları sizlere sunmanın mutluluğunu taşımaktayız.
