Katılımcı Karar Verme Değişime Karşı Tutumu Etkiler mi? Kalite Belgesi Alım Sürecinden Geçmekte Olan Özel Bir Hastanede Uygulama Çalışması

Öz

Değişimin kaçınılmaz bir süreç olduğu organizasyonlarda, çalışanların bu sürece karşı tutumları işletmeler için büyük önem taşımaktadır. Değişim sürecinde alınan kararlara karşı çalışanların direncini engellemek, çalışanların sürece katkıda bulunmalarını sağlamak için katılımlarının önemsendiğini hissetmeleri gerekir. Buradan hareketle bu çalışmada; katılımcı karar verme ve değişime karşı tutum değişkenleri kavramsal olarak incelenmiş, literatür incelemesi yapılmış ve değişim sürecinden geçmekte olan özel bir hastane çalışanlarından elde edilen verilerle çalışanların kararlara katılımlarının değişime karşı tutumları üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır.

Does Participative Decision Making Affects Attitude towards Change? An Empirical Study at a Private Hospital Which is on the Process of Quality Certification

Öz

In organizations where change is an urgent process, employees have great importance on operating attitudes towards this process. Employees should feel that their participation is important in order to prevent employees from resisting the decisions made during the change process and to ensure that they contribute to the process. Thus in this study; participative decision making and attitudes towards change were conceptually examined, the literature review was conducted and supported with an empirical study . The aim of the study is to reveal the effect of the participation of employees on the attitudes towards change by analyzing the data gained from a private hospital’s employees which is passing through a change process
