Learning Curve Analysis and the Cost of Learning: Examining New Worker Performance - A Hypothetical Study

Abstract

In today's business world, it is extremely important for companies to train newly hired employees quickly and effectively. In this context, learning curve analysis offers valuable information to better understand workers' learning processes and predict their future performance. This study addresses learning curve analysis in order to evaluate the performance of newly hired workers during the training process and predict their future success. This study aims to demonstrate how businesses can strategically apply the learning curve and regression model to help them manage new workers more effectively and improve their training programs. In this context, suggestions are offered for companies that want to gain a competitive advantage in the business world and secure long-term success. Additionally, since the data used in this study are hypothetical, the focus is on the applicability of the analyzes to real-world scenarios.

Öğrenme Eğrisi Analizi ve Öğrenme Maliyeti: Yeni İşçi Performansının İncelenmesi - Hipotetik Bir Çalışma

Abstract

Günümüz iş dünyasında, işletmelerin işe yeni alınan çalışanları hızlı ve etkili bir şekilde yetiştirmeleri son derece önemlidir. Bu bağlamda, öğrenme eğrisi analizi, işçilerin öğrenme süreçlerini daha iyi anlamak ve gelecekteki performanslarını tahmin etmek için değerli bilgiler sunmaktadır. Bu çalışma, işe yeni alınan işçilerin eğitim sürecindeki performansını değerlendirmek ve gelecekteki başarılarını tahmin etmek amacıyla öğrenme eğrisi analizini ele almaktadır. Bu çalışmada, işletmelerin yeni işçileri daha etkili bir şekilde yönetmelerine ve eğitim programlarını iyileştirmelerine yardımcı olmak için öğrenme eğrisi ve regresyon modelini stratejik bir şekilde nasıl uygulayabileceklerinin gösterilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu çerçevede, iş dünyasında rekabet avantajı elde etmek ve uzun vadeli başarıyı güvence altına almak isteyen şirketler için öneriler sunulmaktadır. Ayrıca, bu çalışmada kullanılan verilerin hipotetik olmasından dolayı analizlerin gerçek dünya senaryolarına uygulanabilirliği üzerine odaklanılmaktadır.
