HOW THE OWNER-MANAGER'S EVALUATE THEIR OWN IDENTIFICATION OF CORE-PERSONALITY ?: THE OWNER-MANAGER’S OF A SMALL ORGANIZATIONS IDENTIFICATION OF CORE-PERSONALITY ON SOME CONCLUSION
Abstract
In this study, the owner-manager of small organization aimed to determine how they evaluate their identification of core-personality. Data were obtained from 100 small owner-manager organization. To determine identification of core-personality, Adjective Check List and Five Factor Personality Model is used. 15 point average of Adjective Check List to the scan list and the total of the average is taken. Using the sum of the mean, Five Factor Model of Personality personality that was founded on the front of the cross-correlations. The highest score in double identification of core-personality of small owner-manager, Responsibility (12,59) has the personality trait. This personality trait, respectively Agreeableness (11,11), Neuroticism (10,78), Extraversion (10,48) and Autonomy (8,06) personality properties has by followed. As for the traits that have been made in the some conclusions.
