HANEHALKLARI SATIN ALMA KRİTERLERİNİN ANALİZİ: MULTİNOMİNAL LOJİSTİK REGRESYON YAKLAŞIMI
Abstract
Consumers exhibit different the purchase behaviour in the buying process. One of the most important reasons of this is differences of variable purchase criteria for customers profile. Therefore, nowadays the intensive competition existing among the companies are intended considering the factors which are affected the customer’s purchase criteria to develop the product and present difference of product.
In the study, revealing of consumer profile is intended for households who live in central district of Kütahya of Inner Aegean Region. For that purpose, a questionairre was applied so demographic and socioeconomics properties which affect to purchase criteria of customers was determined by using multinomial logistic regression analysis. According to model estimation and test results, the important factors of affecting the purchase criteria are determined education level of household head and total monthly income. The findings will provide priori informations to managers for solutions of managerial decision problems of companies and developing of public investment.
