Set Üstü Ocak Uygulamaları İçin Emaye İşlemine Uygun Sıcak Haddelenmiş Bir Çelik Kalitesinin Geliştirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, set üstü ocak parçaları için emaye işlemine uygun, soğuk haddelemenin ardından yeniden kristalleşme tavı uygulamaksızın yalnızca düşük soğuk hadde ezme oranları ile üretilebilen 2 mm ve daha kalın sıcak haddelenmiş bir çelik kalitesinin geliştirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Deney sonuçlarına göre, yüksek sarılma sıcaklıklarında sarılmış DC01 kalite sıcak haddelenmiş bir çelik sac %20 oranında soğuk haddelendiğinde ihtiyaç duyulan uygulama için uygun hale gelmektedir.
