Orta Yoğunlukta Liflevha (MDF) Yüzeylerinde Toz Boya Uygulamaları

Abstract

Günümüzde kompozit ve plastik gibi ileri teknoloji ürünü malzemeler kullanılmasına rağmen ahşap malzemeler estetik yönü ve sıcaklığıyla popülaritesini devam ettirmekte ve kullanımı giderek artmaktadır. Bu nedenle, ahşabın bu estetik yönünün ahşap kompozitlerine de kazandırılması için boyama sistemleri kullanılmakta olup, üretimin önemli bir parçasını oluşturmaktadır. Bu sistemlerden biri olan toz boyalar; solvent içermemesi dayanıklı ve çevre dostu olması, düşük VOC (uçucu organik bileşik) salınımı, zengin renk seçenekleri ve ekonomiklik gibi özellikleri ile boyama yöntemleri içerisinde önemini giderek attırmakta olup, geleneksel boyama yöntemlerine göre daha çekici bir alternatif oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada; MDF panellerinde toz boya uygulamasında kullanılan yöntem, hammadde ile bunların ekonomik ve çevre açısından faydaları ve diğer yüzey kaplama yöntemleriyle kıyaslaması yapılmıştır.

The Powder Coating Applications Of Medium Density Fiberboars (MDF’s)

Abstract

Today, despite the use of high-tech materials such as composite and plastic materials, wood based materials today continue its popularity with the aesthetic properties and temperature. The use of wood products is increasing. Painting systems are used the aesthetic aspect of the wood to impart to wood composites and it constitutes an important part of the production. Powder coatings are increasingly the importance of this system is thrown in painting methods with attributes such as consisting of durable, free solvents, be environmentally friendly, low VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions, rich colors and economy and according to the conventional coloring methods is a more attractive alternative. The aim of this study is to give information about powder coating methods of application of the MDF, raw materials, the benefits in terms of economic and environmental and advantages compared to other coating methods.
