Eklemeli İmalat Yöntemleri İle Üretim ve Onarım Uygulamaları

Abstract

Eklemeli imalat günümüzde geleneksel
üretim yöntemlerinin yetersiz veya verimsiz kaldığı çeşitli üretim işlemleri
için kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, eklemeli imalatın ortaya çıkışı, gelişimi,
uygulama biçimleri, bunların avantaj ve dezavantajları incelenmiştir. Farklı
gereksinimler için geliştirilmiş çeşitli yöntemler, birbirleri ile
kıyaslanmıştır. Hangi uygulamada hangi yöntemin tercih edilmesi gerektiği
yönünde araştırmalar yapılmıştır. Çalışmada, farklı geometri, yoğunluk, malzeme
ve fiziksel özellikler içeren ürünler için farklı yöntemlerin tercihinin
olacağı tespit edilmiştir. Süre, malzeme miktarı, yüzey kalitesi gibi farklı
etkenlerin, tercih sürecinde rol oynadığı ortaya konmuştur.
