Set Üstü Ocak Uygulamaları İçin Emaye İşlemine Uygun Sıcak Haddelenmiş Bir Çelik Kalitesinin Geliştirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, set üstü ocak parçaları için emaye işlemine
uygun, soğuk haddelemenin ardından yeniden kristalleşme tavı uygulamaksızın
yalnızca düşük soğuk hadde ezme oranları ile üretilebilen 2 mm ve daha kalın sıcak
haddelenmiş bir çelik kalitesinin geliştirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Deney sonuçlarına
göre, yüksek sarılma sıcaklıklarında sarılmış DC01 kalite sıcak haddelenmiş bir
çelik sac %20 oranında soğuk haddelendiğinde ihtiyaç duyulan uygulama için uygun
hale gelmektedir.

Development of a Hot Rolled Steel Grade Suitable for Enamelling Process for Gas Stove Applications

Abstract

In this work, it was aimed to develop a 2 mm and thicker hot rolled
steel grade for gas stove parts suitable for enamelling, and produced only with
light cold rolling reductions without a recrystallization annealing process
following cold rolling. According to the experimental results, when a hot
rolled DC01 grade steel sheet coiled at high coiling temperatures is cold
rolled with 20% reduction it could become suitable for the required application.
