Kriyojenik İşlem Uygulanmış Dökme Demir Malzemelerin Mekanik Özelliklerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, gri dökme demir (GG20) ve sfero dökme demir (GGG40) numuneler üzerine uygulanmış olup bir grup 36 saat -80oC kriyojenik işleme tabi tutulmuş, diğer bir grup ise 12 saat –80oC de bekletilip, 12 saat oda sıcaklığında bekletilmiş ve ardından 36 saatlik çevirimli kriyojenik işleme tabi tutulmuştur. Kryojenik işlem uygulanmış ve uygulanmamış numulerin çekme test sonuçları, sertlik ölçüm değerleri ve mikroyapısal değişimleri incelenmiş ve karşılaştırılmıştır.

Investigation Of Mechanical Properties Of Cryogenically-Treated Cast Iron Materials

Abstract

In this study, grey cast iron (GG 20) and nodular cast iron (GGG 40) samples were subjected to cryogenic treatment and after the treatment hardness and tensile values of the samples were examined. For this purpose, grey and nodular cast iron samples in 12 and 36 hours were treated in cryogenic at -80oC. Hardness and tensile values were measured and micro structural images were obtained and evaluated before and after cryogenic treatment.
