This means that the author(s) retains copyright. Anyone may reproduce, distribute, translate and create derivative works of all articles (for both commercial and noncommercial purposes), subject to full attribution to the original publication and authors. The full terms of this license may be seen at http://creativecommons.org/licences/by/4.0/legalcode. These rules also conform to BOAI definition of open access. 

With the article proposal, the author(s) grants the “Dicle University Journal of the Institute of Natural and Applied Sciences” a license to publish, including to display, store, copy, and reuse the content.
